Sponsorship opportunities
The 21st EAWOP Congress will involve work and organizational psychology academics and practitioners for our major biennial event. The congress covers topics such as assessment, development, well-being at work, coaching, leadership and attracts both psychologists and non-psychologists working in HR and organizational development. The last congress was held in Turin (Italy) over 4 days in 2019 and attracted 2000 delegates from over 50 countries. The Polish organizers for 2023 are aiming to break this record!

• Your Organisation Onscreen
The EAWOP 23 Congress will host over a thousand papers at various locations throughout the International Congress Centre. With delegates in constant flux, having a snapshot of the organization on one slide in between presentations throughout the three-day congress presents a brilliant opportunity to showcase information about your organization on the dozens of screens positioned across the venue! • Headline Sponsorship
The headline sponsorship package offers the highest level of visibility and profiling across the event, providing the perfect platform to communicate with all delegates. The sponsor will become a prominent part of the robust marketing campaign which extends out to EAWOP members and across our social media platforms which currently have thirteen thousand followers.
• Welcome Drinks Reception Sponsor
The Welcome Drinks Reception sponsorship package provides the opportunity for high profile brand presence across the networking reception for 1,000 delegates who typically would attend the first night before the Congress presentations start the following day.
• Lunch Sponsor
There are lunches served for all delegates on each day of the Congress. Sponsorship package provides the opportunity for high visibility to all delegates during the Congress.
• Tea / Coffee Sponsor
Refreshments across the 3-day congress can be individually sponsored or taken as a whole. Sponsorship package provides the opportunity for high visibility to all delegates during the Congress.
Social Event Sponsor
This package provides the opportunity for a high profile brand presence across the social event taking place on the Friday evening with expected attendance of 800 delegates.
• Chill out and Charge Zone Sponsor
This new zone will allow delegates the opportunity to take a break from the bustle of the Congress and exhibition. With relaxing sofas and electronic devices charging points, these will provide a relaxing space for respite giving the sponsor strong presence and visibility.
• Exhibition stands
The exhibition hall is the central hub for Congress activity, with delegate registration and networking space taking place here. Exhibitors will have plenty of face-to-face time with delegates throughout the three days.
• Local Exhibitors
There are special opportunities for local artisans and service providers in our Promote Silesia and Poland exhibition space. Our delegates would love to take home a local creation.
